Help the families of Casa Myrna shelters create unforgettable memories by sending them on a summer adventure! We are hoping to raise all funds by July 31, so we can take the children before the school year begins.
About Our Summer Field Trip
Casa Myrna advocates are always looking for ways to help survivors and their children heal from their trauma and move towards a brighter future. One of the most impactful ways to do so is by creating new, positive memories. Through the generosity of the Casa Myrna community, staff last year were able to organize a summer field trip to Starland Sportsplex, an event that children in the program still talk about nearly 10 months later.
We are hoping to recreate last year's success and organize another summer field trip. There are currently 14 families with 8 children and 3 single residents across Casa Myrna's shelters, with more families expected to join in the coming weeks. Help us raise $5,000 to send all residents for another day of fun, connection and healing by July 31.
